ON SITE INSPECTION
We have inspectors with hands-on experience inside the industries we serve.

PRODUCT INSPECTION
Inspections are conducted to control quality by examining products without instruments — checking fabric, sewing, buttons, thread, zippers, measurements, EAN codes and more against the customer’s specification. The aim is to reduce time and cost by identifying faults early in the manufacturing process, ensuring high product quality at every stage.

Pre-Production Check
Conducted before production starts — a final verification of materials, style, cut and workmanship of the pre-production sample as per customer requirements.

INITIAL PRODUCTION CHECK
Conducted at the start of production, where the first batch is inspected to identify possible discrepancies or variations and allow corrections before bulk production. This preliminary stage covers style, general appearance, workmanship, measurements, quality of fabrics, components, weight, colour and printing.

DURING PRODUCTION CHECK
Carried out during production to ensure initial discrepancies have been rectified. This is essentially a follow-up to the initial production check, typically conducted a few days later, especially where issues were detected.

FINAL RANDOM INSPECTION
Performed once production of the total order, or a partial delivery, is complete. A sample lot is selected and a percentage of garments is inspected—usually stipulated by the buyer—using AQL sampling or another inspection system designed by the buyer.

CONTAINER LOADING SUPERVISION
Container Loading Supervision ensures that your order is completed and safely loaded into the container before shipment, as per specified requirements related to product safety, handling and regulatory compliance.
